The first general store in Airdrie was built around 1901. The store and post office were on the ground floor, while the owner’s living quarters were upstairs.
Making / History
I love this place. There’s so much history that Airdrie residents aren’t aware of and the museum strives to avail us of such knowledge. Some great sections for students to learn from and for adults to appreciate. They also have meeting rooms for rent.
